Made an appointment to change the address on my license and was in and out in less than an hour. The folks were nice and professional, no complaints (everything takes a little time but this was relatively efficient - I think the post-COVID make-an-appointment is a good idea. It's always good when govt works well. Thanks! The "Star" rating system (I'm trying to click 5 but only one appears clicked seems far less reliable than the DMV.

Made an appointment online the service was quick fast and easy the computers went down for about 10 minutes other than that . I had no issues.

Terrible, terrible terrible service, I first made an appointment to get my real ID online, I showed up at the right time in the right date and they told me that I did not need an appointment that I just could walk in, the waiting was over an hour and a half so I had to leave, showed up today later without an appointment and now they asked me if I had an appointment, it was 1:30 in the afternoon and they were not taking any more walk-ins. I thought the office close at four. I guess I was wrong.

Very nice, competent employees. Computer system failure made my appointment an experiment in patience. Items needed list was thorough and helpful. Need chairs, with sidearms for people with movement issues and definitely a reliable computer system.
