I am posting this to give a great big shout out to Ashley Fabio, who work at the Bullard (omv). Love the entire staff, set my appointment online and was in /out with no problems. Thank you and your staff 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

It is so difficult to book an appointment online. I am constantly being sent to some sponsored party when I try to make an appointment online. When I click on DMV Appointments, the screen takes me away from N. O. East DMV, and I find myself going in circles. I have spent 45 minutes trying to book an appointment online. When I go to the DMV on Bullard, the door is locked. Someone comes out and asks if I have an appointment. When I say know, they give me a handout with a QR code on it that does not work. You got to do better than this Louisiana DMA.

I'm having the same problem This has been going for the last 3 weeks.. I need to get a replacement license plate.. Someone stole mine off my truck. Can someone please help

I called at 1:31 pm to find out how or where to make an appointment and no one answered. But, someone hug up the phone. Why list a phone number If no one answers the phone? Also, why require an appointment when your web site does not have a place to make an appointment? Why have "log in" when one has to set up an ID and pass word before it can be used?
