Kenner Louisiana OMV Reviews and Tips
We visited two times and were treated rudely and disrespectfully. The lady was training someone today and was absolutely no help. We were told by an officer that we would have to go to the Kenner OMB to get our license plate back after showing proof of insurance. Went there the first time and we were told we need an appointment. Made an appointment for five days later and the only choice online was for renewal. We’re told we needed to pay better attention. Next time it was for reinstatement that we needed and she was not able to help us or pull it up on her computer. But then we’re told we could go to an express place and they could probably pull it up. the whole time she was absolutely horrible and rude. This Thursday, March 7, 2024.

Extremely rude service by a woman training another employee. She had wrong information and seemed angry she didn’t know what the correct steps were. She told us we should have paid more attention to what we read when the whole time she could have helped us. Went to an express place and it was simple. Do not visit this OMV.

Horrible set up. No signs, no one to answer questions or give directions on what to do or where to go!

I tried to call and no one ever answers. I tried several different times and it rings then it disconnects after awhile. I will gave it a 1 star rating because there is no 0 star rating.
