Pleasant, effective, and well-organized. I was able to skip the line because I came early for my appointment. I finished filling out my forms. I didn't have to wait too long to be summoned to the window. In and out in a flash. Make your appointment for the morning. Even though they are spreading people out and pushing them through quickly, the line I saw when I left was LONG. Use an early morning appointment to get in and out.

The office was relatively clean. The staff were nice. The COVID safety precautions were taken seriously. It was a little hard to find though because it is tucked away in the corner of a mall. It took some serious walking to find it!
