Ashland DMV Customer Service Center Opens with Enhanced Features and Space

RICHMOND, Va. - The new Ashland DMV Customer Service Center (CSC) has officially opened its doors, following the closure and relocation of the North Henrico CSC. The new facility, situated at 251 N. Washington Highway in the Ashland Hanover Shopping Center, offers more space and improved features to better serve customers.

Boasting an additional 4,000 square feet compared to the previous location, the new center provides four extra customer service windows and a redesigned countertop layout to enhance efficiency and customer flow.

Customers can access over 50 services online at dmv.virginia.gov, and those who prefer in-person assistance can either schedule an appointment or visit the office during its operating hours. The Ashland DMV Customer Service Center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
