A DMV SELECT can process a renewal or reissue of the vehicle registration for a TNC designated vehicle, but cannot register a vehicle for TNC use.

Forget posted hours. I needed to get a title transferred over to me. Checked website for hours. Indicated open till 2 pm for business. Got to the office at 1:40 pm to be told oh sorry title work is only done by appointment m-f up to 12:15pm. Asked how long it would take to do the title work. About 15 minutes was the answer. The office was empty so asked if we could do the work. Nope. I'll make you an appointment for tomorrow. Then the agent went back and sat down to wait to end of shift to lock up. I guess that game of spades was just too pressing to ignore.
