The office workers are in general kind and are capable of taking good care of visitors.
Had appt and had everything in order and showed up early. Customer
Service rep was condescending and just rude for no reason at all. Had hoped maybe they worked on that but not at all. They do that bcs they can. VA. Needs to do surveys and find out the bad apples and get rod of them. It shouldn’t have to be a terrible experience to handle state business and when being polite and friendly get a bad attitude of people that have no incentive to be nice and no recourse when they show poor behavior. Glad it’s over.

Office worker who took care of my case was kind and capable, and the appointment system was done well. I was grateful to him for handling my application comfortably and effectively.
Every time I go in I get in and out fast
This DMV opened on time (8AM) and the wife and I found the staff very friendly and welcoming. There were about 20 of us, some with appointments and some, like us, without one (Walk-in's). We all went thru the "Info" desk very quickly and were given a chit of paper with a 2 digit number and alphabet letter written and then we took a seat and waited for our number/letter to appear on the TV sets, then we went to the assigned window where we were greeted and were asked questions and where photos were taken. The effort took around 15 minutes.
