The phone number is useless, no one to actually pick up, same recording over and over and over, I've been trying to get an appointment for my child to get an ID card and somewhere it gave me a date for December, really? I need to ask a question, but this is pathetic, phone doesn't work, online is not working, is anyone working? Horrible service, and then if we waste our time driving by going in person, then we get the stink eye and no service at all.
KEEP HELPING THE BABY BOOMERS. SOME OF US ARE NOT SHARP ON THE ONLINE PROCESS AND SO FAR YOU HELPED ME VERY WELL AND DID IT IN A FRIENDLY MANNER. THIS GOES A LONG WAY. Was told to schedule appointment for driving test class C online. The next date is 9/20/2014 and todays date is May 23, 2014. Did not have my birth certificate with me last week but I scheduled my appointment the day before. What is going on, I need my license Texas..Please have mercy...
The phone number listed said the number was disconnected. The email that they gave on the website was returned. I tried to schedule an appointment and the dates available were past my DL expiration date. I'm frustrated!
