I have never been treated more poorly as an active military member than I was at this DPS location. Customer service reps are rude, short, and completely unwilling to work with military circumstances. I will be communicating with my new local congressman.

It is impossible to speak with an actual person there with questions. Not every question can be handled appropriately with a computer or automated phone call. Every time I have tried to call, I am either hung up on or told they are too busy to take calls via the phone automaton.
