The phone number is useless, no one to actually pick up, same recording over and over and over, I've been trying to get an appointment for my child to get an ID card and somewhere it gave me a date for December, really? I need to ask a question, but this is pathetic, phone doesn't work, online is not working, is anyone working? Horrible service, and then if we waste our time driving by going in person, then we get the stink eye and no service at all.

The email stated: We noticed that you recently visited dmvappointments.org; a resource dedicated to helping our community at the DMV, but I can't even get through anyone on the phone to ask a question, no chats, I need to ask a simple question, so I don't waste my time for hours sitting, but also the only date given to get my son an ID was 6-12 months from now which is ridiculous.
