I visited the DMV office in Terrell today (2.2.19 @0830) for license renewal. I wanted to give a shout out to the very kind lady at the check-in desk. I arrived to find a very packed office. I was recently in an accident and suffered multiple fractures to my ankle and remain non-weight baring and having to use a walker. Without expecting any consideration this worker kindly took me immediately to be helped. Thank you for going above and beyond.
