My license had expired and I needed to get an appointment right away. I got in the same day. The young lady that helped me was very helpful very professional and very friendly. The whole staff was very friendly. I was very apprehensive about going there since I’ve heard so many people had bad experiences with some of the staff there, but I have nothing but good things to say about my experience there.
Compliments to staff! Process for renewing Driver’s License was very efficient and was complete in less than 20 minutes. Keep up the great work.

I tried several times and several options. NOTHING WORKS!!!!!!!!!! It keeps asking the same question and will not accept any answers at all even if the answer if EXACTLY what the bot is asking for.
You chatbot is ridiculous and useless. You need a human to answer the phone.

This office has great availability for appointments and gets you in and out in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and helpful!
The "assigned number" wait time is usually reasonable, and everyone has been friendly and helpful.
