Jamaica New York DMV Reviews and Tips
Had an 11/21/23 2:30 DMV appointment at the Jamaica office, 168-35 Rockaway Blvd office. Wanted to get enhanced driver's license and renew a car registration. I am satisfied (a +10 rating) with the staff and personnel. I was greeted warmly and politely at the entrance. I was told what forms I needed to complete. A young woman met me when I entered. She helped enter my appointment information, explained that I would be called for an eye exam followed by being called to a window. At the window I was greeted warmly and professionally. In about 15 to 20 minutes I had my enhanced driver's license and renewed car registration. Thank you for the outstanding service.
