DMV Brooklyn NY - Atlantic Center

The location was incredibly difficult to find, I had to ask people working in a nearby building how to find it.

1. I took the online permit test and ended up having to A.wait in the wrong line before I gotthe attention of hte appointment check in guy and was able to climb out of line and scan my appointment. The person at the door sent me to the wrong line. 2. after getting my picture taken I then ahsd to wait for the next window only to have them tell me there was an image that the camera did not catch so I could nt get the permit but had to take the test at "the office" - no one rescheduled or told me what the office was of if there was enough pics to show I had the camera on. 3. I had a stolen license plate report to tun in . The police officer who filed it out put my drivers license number on the form where it asked for plate number or drivers license #. I was at the dmv they had my drivers license number they could have checked it against their records to get the place number. They made me go back to the poice station and have them fil out a new report. It didn't make sense.

Came to get a real ID for my son you guys did a great job. He got it. No one can replace your expertise and the way you expedite your service. Thank you all for your service. I appreciate it. Knowing that you serve so many people in one day and work excellent under pressure is an amazing taught. Would love to see something about the number of people that you served on a daily basis it’s been removed a lot of bias and thought in peoples head when they come to your facility. Something that says reserve and as they go by, you increase the number based on your service. I do not feel like people are aware of how much you do.thanks again
