please make sure you make an appointment as that was the only way to see anyone. the security was very helpful at moving thing along.

We went to the Whitestone branch, simply to change the address on our licenses. We were informed by the guard at the entrance that we couldn't enter without an appointment, despite the fact that the website didn't mention anything about this fact. We then tried to scan the code on the door for the site, to no avail. We eventually gained access. Entered the site, filled out the form, submitted it and it disappeared, with no indication of being processed. We were encouraged a couple of years ago when it appeared the dmv was improved. Now, it has gotten worse. The person at the door was not very helpful, the website is terrible and now we are back to sluggish burrocracy.
