Staten Island DMV Office - Richmond

I worked directly with this amazing supervisor (I wish I had her name). She worked with me and Albany to clear up an error with my ID. She made me feel special. I had to wait 4 hours to get my name fixed but she kept encouraging me saying " IT's all good"
If you know who she is....please let her know how much I appreciate everthing she did for me. God Bless Her.

I was in DMV for getting Enhanced ID on 7/25/2024. The women DMV representative at counter 07 was rude and very condescending . Even before I could say she started as if I have no idea why I was there. Mean while I had all the necessary documents as per DMV. I had pre filled the required form , indicated in the form what exactly I want. Even before looking at the documents she was questing me , do you know the difference and so on. She asked to me read to chart for eye test , I read the chart without the glasses . She did not look up while I was reading and asked do I use eye glasses to drive? Obviously she did not care . People like her should be educated and if that does change then she should not be in the position what she is hired for!

I was in DMV for obtaining enhanced ID. This time my interaction with the DMV person was extremely awkward and demeaning. Person at the counter was very rude and arrogant. She was annoyed even before I could say what is the service I am requesting as It had all been filled out in the application.
