I feel I need to post this, I had the most positive experience at the DMV, I went there with a very complicated issue and knew it would n be difficult to untangle however my problems were eventually solved by a very professional and helpful staff and a huge shout out to Ms. Higgins that went above and beyond the call of duty to help sort out my problem . Thank you for being so nice , helpful and courteous

In reservations only 2 options available for Title Services, of which neither pertained to me. I needed a new Tiltle issued without a lien holder listed. Maybe in the future?

Hello,
If your driver's license was issued outside of the U.S. or Canada, you will need to apply for a new original New York state driver's license at a DMV office. You will need proof of age, proof of ID, and proof of residence. You will also need to take a road test.
