West Monroe DMV Office: 501 Natchitoches St.

Tried to call at 8 01 8 05 8 12. Did not answer
Wanted to know if husband could renew handicapped hanger.
Still no answer at 8 30

Because I must use a walker, I have doctor's paperwork to receive a handicap placard to hang on my rearview mirror. Which menu area to I select to get that taken care of? Gave a 1 star rating because no one will answer by phone to answer questions after having called numerous times. I'm assuming it is just not a serious workable number..

THEWOMAN THAT WASM SUPPOSE TO HELP US WAS VERY URGENT TO GET ME OUT THEDOOR AND SAID SEVERAL TIMES THAT I DID NOT TO DRIVE TO FARMERSVILLE TO GET MY LICENSE RENEWED. THEN TO ME TOREAD THE EYE EQUIPMENT WITHWAS A BLUR DID NOT OFFER A WALL CHART AT ALL
WENT TO EYEN DOCTOR THE NEXT WEEK AND HEN ASK ME WHY I DID NOT PASS THE I TEST
THE EYE CHART IN THE MECHINE WASA TOTALBLUR LIKE IT WAS BETWEEN LETTERS

The women in the Farmersville made it plan
She did not want me to come back after she said I failed the eye exam
Went to my I Dr he tested me did not fail test His next question was why l didn’t get to read a chart if she thought my eyes were bad
went to West Monroe office and passed right on


The person in Farmersville told me again as l was going out the door that I didn’t have to come back there
