Learn how to do your job or to at least read numbers. She said my appointment was at 3, we walk it, she said it was at 2 and said there was nothing they can do knowing damn well she said 3. I am over this dmv. They need new employees. They all have attitude and don’t care about anything.

They don’t pick up the phone and when you just need to walk in for a 30 second question they completely don’t care bc you don’t have an appointment, when there’s 2 people in there and there not even talking to them, need new workers badly

Don't answer the phone. Employees only give attitude when you do a walk in because their system is always down. And when their system is up, their card machine doesn't work.
