I wanted an appointment. Couldn't get it online so I tried calling. Getting someone to answer the phone before it rings 33 times (yes, I counted them) at 2:00 pm when is not a good business model nor acceptable customer service.

I have just tried calling 4 times and all I get is the phone ringing and then it eventually hangs up on me. All I am trying to do is check on a registration/plate for our vehicle. I hate having to get in touch with these people as they never answer a phone. Very poor customer service.

The Livingston OMV desperately needs more staffing. With more than 10 people waiting, there was little to no movement in the queue for an extended period. The employees may be doing the best they can, but the current system leaves customers sitting for long periods with no indication of how long they can expect to wait. Better communication and additional personnel would go a long way toward improving the experience.
