Terrible for making appointments.
This appointment making is the worst ever. I have been trying for days and yes online, and on phone calling and trying online at the time said, and the wheel spins and spins as soon as you hit confirm, and nothing, it times out. I am sure this is a State issue, however, the state needs to go back to how it was. This is ridiculous. I feel the good stars you did get, were employees!

While the office was very busy, lines moved quickly. I was able to renew my licence, with eye test in about 20 minutes. I was then picked up my plate sticker in 10 minutes. All of your staff were friendly and professional.
I visited the Des Plaines DMV office and found it to be extremely organized, professional, and friendly. The staff was accommodating and efficient. As a result, I was able to move in and out quickly. Very pleasant experience.
