Chicago Illinois SOS Reviews and Tips
I needed to go to the DMV to get a new ID, so I wen to the one nearest to my home. When I arrived at the place, there was a long line stretching across and winding around the facility, going as far as to the parking lot. When I saw that, I immediately though I would be there all day. But surprisingly enough, the ling moved along rather briskly. The staff was on point, getting people where they need to be and provided people with accurate information. For instance, when I thought I forgot a document for my ID, the people helping me suggested an alternate document, which I had on me. That saved this trip from being a waste. Overall, was happy with the service I got. My only suggestion is to get there early if you want a parking spot.

my daughter took a road test there because the instructor hated her aunt who worked there she failed the test. This personal issue should not have been taken out on my daughter. The supervisor dismissed it as she could not drive. It is a disgrace how corrupt the state workers are knowing they can not get reprimanded due to union protection and supervisors with a don't care attitude in black areas. I only go to a white neighborhood now where there is better respect.
