One staff member was very helpful as our reason for visiting the Department of Driver Services was a little bit confusing. Another staff member was very rude and somewhat combative with her words. She rushed us through the interaction and acted like she didn't what I told her. A third staff member said that the reason why we were there was very weird, which was very inappropriate to say in front of us customers ourselves. This is not a difficult location to find. Parking is very easy, though the location for parking is actually behind the building and not to the front or side. Regard COVID procedures, everyone wore masks and gloves and spoke loud to be heard. We were the only customers in there at the time, but chairs were very scarce and were spaced 6 feet apart. It may be different now, but if they're still doing COVID procedures, be prepared to wait on busy days inside or outside, try to call the 1-800 customer service number if a visit to a physical location can be avoided, and make sure you have all necessary documents before you make the trip.
