Dallas DMV Office: 114 Justice Center Drive

I took the day off work, for an unrelated event, and arrived around 9:30am in the morning so there weren't that many other people there. On a side, I would likely recommend this just to avoid crowds in general and for COVID-19 precautions. I had no problem finding the location or finding a parking spot. Outside the location there were several signs posted to remind customers to wear masks due to the COVID-19 pandemic. And there were signs posted inside the building as well to remind customers to wear a mask. There were maybe 3 to 4 people ahead of me in line, which moved relatively fast. I think I waited in line maybe 10 minutes, which isn't bad. The staff member that helped me greeted me with a friendly hello and a smile. I explained what I needed and she got straight to work. She had to ask her manager a few questions along the way, however I would prefer she do this and ensure the correct process was followed. Overall, I spent maybe 10 to 15 minutes with the staff member and she was able to successfully complete what I needed. She said goodbye and thanked me for visiting.
