The staff at this location was great! Excellent service by Shante at window 6 yesterday! The whole staff and security guard were fabulous We were there for a few things don’t son and they worked it all out for us!

Website is a fail. You cant get anywhere on it. Even if you can finally get an activation code, as soon as you enter your info it will tell you that there was an error. Then when you try to schedule an appointment, they don't have any openings for 2 weeks. When you try to call you are looking at over a 30 minute wait. I wish I could go to another state and get my license to avoid having a Virginia one and dealing with these people. I don't even want to look like I am a Virginia resident anymore. Pissed my DL is expiring and I'm stuck getting a Virginia one and jumping through their 2 weeks of hoops.
