It was normal visit and I had no problem/issues. Only problem was waiting time was little long even you got appointment before. Staff was helpful and seem skilled to me.

The service was great. They were very nice and helpful. I had to renew my ny state Id and had to update my photo. They made sure everyone was at a safe distance and made me comfortable with their covid procedures. They made a slight error and had to redo but picture card but it was not an inconvenience and was apologetic

The staff was helpful but were disrespectful to me. Fortunately I was able to get help quickly but was unable to complete what I wanted to because i was missing some paperwork. All COVID procedures were being followed. Parking wasn't bad but it is in a shopping center so there are people parking in the same lot for other stores.
