The parking was ok, but crowded. The staff were nice, but the wait was long. The COVID procedure was magnificent and overall ok experience.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Checking in was fast and easy. I was able to register my car get new plates, make changes on my drivers license all in less then an hour. My appointment was at 3:15, I was back in my car by 3:40.>

This is unbelievable all I want to do is make an appointment at the dmv but I have to talk to a computer that then wants me to pay to chat to a real person. I am an American citizen who has been working since 12 yrs old and when I go to motor vehicle, they don't even let me in the building because I don't have an appointment. I get bounced around on the internet where all they need to do is put a button the says make an appointment. But no, they want me to sign up on a platform. What I guess I should do is give up my citizenship go to Mexico come across the border get a free cell phone 5000 cash and a bus ticket to anyplace I want to go. I call motor vehicle get disconnected call back then get transferred and the message says the wait time is between 58 to 68 min. Great service

had a very positive experience at that DMV, while i get issue with my driver license, staff is respectful and helpfull. very good explanation, i appreciate the professionalism and kindness shown to me. Mr Lou, Mr Dante and there's another woman i forget her name and title, she did everything to help, May your work be Bless..

Huntington NY DMV is super strict about appointments, I believe dysfunctionally so. The gatekeeper out front gives no latitude thought to common sense. He in my case yesterday, didn’t look inside the sparsely populated waiting hall, no!! Just a bold straight up, “Male an appointment, no walk in’s today!” I know there are walk ins! I’ve done them before… it’s my wait time, not his, not even the DMV team inside! BUT TO BE DENIED ENTRY INTO “MY” government building is beyond agitating! Bottom line, don’t be in a hurry, don’t feel you have the right for the privileges, and freedom ends at the door to the dmv… as a walk through. Very very disgruntled. Not to mention the way this visit made me feel!
