The staff were efficient and polite, and the line moved faster than expected. The facility was clean and well-organized. Scheduling an appointment online made the process much smoother. While wait times can still be a bit long without one, overall, it was a much better experience than I anticipated.

Don't call to speak with anyone unless you have all day. Obviously, they need more people. I am not blaming them just the State of Michigan. However, not sure why Chelsea's SOS runs to fast and smoothly.

I made an appointment and had excellent service. There was no waiting, and I easily updated my information with very knowledgeable and pleasant representative.
