The staff was helpful when I was finally able to receive my turn. The wait itself was a extremely large amount of time. It was awkward with the masks and the overall covid procedures. Parking is pretty bad and there is not a lot of spaces. I think the best tips for this place is to show up as early as possible. The best thing to do is show up before they open because there will likely be others. I would skip Mondays as they seem to be one of the busiest days in my experience. I think that you should always show up early and if you do not show up early you should expect to be there even longer. If you do not have much time show up early and bring headphones or something to do just in case. Showing up early is your best bet and bringing entertainment if you don't is your best friend

Sad to know our taxes are going to a business that refuses to answer the phone for NONE PROMPT COMPUTER OPTIONS. LIKE WE HAVE COOKIE CUTE ISSUES. THEN TELL US WE HAVE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT? WHY DO WE PAY TO BE PUT OUT. I WOULD RATHER PAY AN INDEPENDENT COMPANY TO AT LEAST BE TREATED LIKE A CUSTOMER AND NOT A SERVANT AT THEIR BECK AND CALL, ON OUR DIME. ONCE AGAIN ANOTHER PART OF OUR FAILED SYSTEM. GO AMERICA LAND OF THE SLAVE.
