Organized and helpful. They could use some chairs for the people waiting in the check-in line as there were several elderly people waiting. They could also use someone to assist with the electronic check-in process. I ended up helping a couple of older people with it.

My first trip into this branch I worked with Hannah to get a handicap parking hanger and was told they couldn't take the form completed by U of M surgeon because it was emailed to me. So she called U of M verified it was on file, but needed them to fax it directly to the branch to be processed! First off even though she varified, with the Dr's office, the form was legitimate she still refused to give me the hanger. She was not nice at all, seemed almost rude implying I did something wrong by not knowing this form did not have a required wet signature! When asked if she could call me upon getting the fax she took my name and phone number.... I never heard from her but saw in the patient portal it had been faxed later that day, so the following week I went back for a second time. Upon getting called up to Rachel's counter, Hannah happened to walk up so I asked her if the fax came and again she (rudely) said No, I never received it and I have your number on a sticky note......WHY DIDN'T SHE CALL TO LET ME KNOW SO I COULD WORK ON GETTING IT SENT OVER?! Is that asking too much to help a customer who you know has back surgery scheduled and needs this? It is as though, even though I explained up coming back surgery and need for handicap parking SHE COULD CARE LESS. Well all I can say is THANK GOD for Rachel she was helpful, empathetic and willing to be a problem solver, she allowed me to call U of M and then she verbally verified the form and processed it (Hannah could have done this and chose not to) sometimes you have to go the extra mile at your job and especially show concern when it comes to handicap needs.....it wasn't a vehicle plate transfer it was the need for someone who could barely walk to get something they desperately needed!! I would also like to make a suggestion that SOS puts on the website and on their forms that no photocopied or emailed copies will be processed so Dr's and Patients know the STRICT RULE on this. RACHEL gets a 5 star rating and I cannot thank you enough for your willingness to help.
