Just to let everyone know, my wife and I just had the best experience in a Sec of State office in Cheboygan Mi. The staff was amazing, very friendly and on top of their game.
I purchased a vehicle out of state and had to pay the taxes, registration and plate transfer. I got an appointment scheduled for the morning and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. This was by far the best service in terms of time that I have ever had and the staff was friendly and jovial.
Laurie and Fallon are the most professional SOS workers I've ever met.

Christina, as my agent, was so helpful and smart, adjusting for the challenges i was having. she was focused, but above her professional personable style, she was validating to life's funny quirks applying a little humor always helps the process. thanks for this great office!
