Lansing DMV Office: 8158 Executive Court

I only used the automated machine, so I can't comment on the wait time to speak to a representative inside. The wait time to use the machine was adequate, I only had to wait like 5 minutes. I was uncomfortable by the fact that everybody was crowded inside the tiny entrance way during a pandemic, but at least they had masks on. I would suggest getting there early to avoid having to wait to use the machine and ask people if they are waiting to use the machine or waiting for an inside appointment.

The staff was very helpful. I needed to deal with a license upgrade and I was waited on promptly. They were knowledgeable about the process and very friendly.

I purchased a vehicle out of state and had to pay the taxes, registration and plate transfer. I got an appointment scheduled for the morning and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. This was by far the best service in terms of time that I have ever had and the staff was friendly and jovial.
