Baltimore Maryland MVA Reviews and Tips
I thought it was a normal dmv visit. My visit was before lockdown started so no covid restriction. Lots of people, somewhat tired workers, but it was peaceful, people just want to get in and out. A good tip is to call or check online to double check that you've got the right documentation for your visit.

Questions and Answers
how do i obtain my drivers license
Hello, since the state of Maryland abides by a Graduated Licensing System, the answer to this question will depend on your age. If you are under 18, you will first need to get a Learner's Permit for 9 months before you can move onto a Provisional License. If you are 18 or older, you will only need to hold a Learner's Permit for 3 months (Drivers 25 and older only need to hold a permit for 45 days). Once you have completed all of the requirements for a learner's permit and qualify for a Provisional License, you must follow all of the corresponding rules and maintain a clean driving record for 18 months before moving onto a full Maryland driver's license.
To apply for a new driver's license, you must visit one of the MDOT offices in person with your required documents. Visit https://mymva.maryland.gov/TAP/IND/_/ to see what documents you need to bring with you.
