This was one of the best DMVs I have been to. It was easy to find and park. The wait was shorter than I remember and when I did get to the counter the staff was amazing and helpful. Covid policy is to wear a mask and seats are spaced out accordingly.

The facility is clean, new. Everyone I dealt with was very professional WITH THE EXCEPTION OF LASSANDRA. Rude, condescending, just plain mean AF.

I have absolutely always appreciated this location. It runs large volumes of patrons through quite efficiently and up until yesterday, January 22, 2026, every person ever encountered over many, many years, has been polite, respectful, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. But yesterday, I got the beast. At 1:40PM, I, as patron A132 was sent to window 9. When she sat down in front of me, she was huffing and puffing, obviously agitated about something. And the nerve of me to even express my need was just another tipping point. My sole purpose in coming was to find out "how the title on my vehicle read". I needed to know if there was one or two names on it. That was it. I was getting hammered with "do you own it?" "Who is so-so?" "We don't give titles". I had a copy of my registration and asked if seeing that would help determine how the title read. She was RUDE. SHORT. NOT INTERESTED. ANNOYED. I did already request a copy from the finance company but it would take 19 days. I mentioned that she was rude and she immediately "tsked" me. I noticed she had a urine sample sitting on top of her lunch on her desk. I clapped back, "Oh, and good luck with that piss test today". I bet if the plexi- glass wasn't there, "her fists be flying!". The location is great. But Window 9 at 1:40PM on January 22, 2026, needs an attitude adjustment. I hope someone sees this and addresses the liability they have there. 99% of their employees are ASSETS indeed! This one?? I'd cut a few letters off.
