Orlando Florida DMV Reviews and Tips
Warner is a very annoying security guard and enforces policy over first amendment rights.

THIS PUBLIC BUIDING DOES NOT ABIDE THE CONSTITUTION

The security guard at Lee Vista tax collector named Warner is so creepy with that mask and glasses terrifying looking. His whole face covered , just his beady eyes staring at people. That mask is useless and intimidating to the people there. He seems psychotic.

I've been there twice to use their services and I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. It looks to be a new facility, very large and able tp can accommodate many folks in a timely manner. If more people would know the rules and abide by them, they would not have the problems some seem to indicate having. The only downside is the Florida DMV website itself. It is very aggravating to use. If you don't have patience, don't try it.

Fast less waiting

I had to renew my drivers license this week and Ashley took care of it all. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I hope the other staff I have dealt with in the past learns from her. Ashley's customer service was the best!!! Thank you.

Security guard Warren was amazing - wow does he know how to do his job. He arrived there before the doors even opened to help with questions and line people up. Our counter helper, Rey was amazing with my mom. She is 84 and he was so attentive to her. He didn't rush and even came all of the way around to waiting section on other side of his window and got her a chair to wait in while he did paperwork. Rey then went the extra mile and walked back out around to her and handed paperwork to her afterwards. She left with ease and was an easy experience for something she was nervous about coming to. This location excellent to my mom. Very smooth visit.

Replace damaged drivers license online
Hello,
You can replace a damaged Florida driver's license online by going to https://mydmvportal.flhsmv.gov/Home/en/Account/Landing.
When you renew online, the department will need to verify your social security number. If they are unable to verify, you will need to follow up with the Social Security Administration before your license can be replaced.
If you used the online service to renew your license last time, you may not be eligible to apply for a replacement license online. You can also apply for a driver's license in person by visiting any FLHSMV driver's license location.
