Hello,
Official name changes must be made first with the Federal Social Security Administration before having your name on your license updated. All name changes must be done in person at your local office; however address changes may be done online by going to https://mydmvportal.flhsmv.gov/Home/en/Account/Landing.
You will likely need to submit two different documents proving that you have a new residential address.
