The staff was not too friendly, they we’re very abrupt and rude. They look annoyed to be working. Parking was easy because they have an outer parking area that is quite big. Mask use was mandatory of course. I would say that the employees working there need to be trained to be more polite with the public. I have to rate my experience as quite bad.

The guy at the booth denied official transcripts from high school as proof of address. Also did not want to look at the other mail.

I walked in and everyone was very nice and friendly. It was 2hrs wait, they were busy and suggest to have 4 attendant so the line can move faster specially during the lunch hours. Overall I was happy with the service. The get 5 stars from me
