The staff was not too friendly, they we’re very abrupt and rude. They look annoyed to be working. Parking was easy because they have an outer parking area that is quite big. Mask use was mandatory of course. I would say that the employees working there need to be trained to be more polite with the public. I have to rate my experience as quite bad.

I walked in and everyone was very nice and friendly. It was 2hrs wait, they were busy and suggest to have 4 attendant so the line can move faster specially during the lunch hours. Overall I was happy with the service. The get 5 stars from me

I forgot to print my confirmation and they couldnt find my appointment. I wasted half a day.

The wait was long; however, they worked amazingly fast. Everyone, inside is knowledgable of their craft. Another “star” to this place is that they have chairs to sit on while you wait for your number to be called. Extremely organized. You do have to have appointment though, so you will be properly taken care of.
FYI: Going in for anything there, you have to have all your documents with you and more, so your waiting in line outside and inside will not be wasted.

Worst customer service ever. I would put 0 stars if possible. I have never experienced such a bad service. Probably that’s why this location is closing.
