If you can go to any other drivers license office in the state, do it. Casper has the most inefficient time management system in place. If you make an appointment and it says come back at 2:00 pm you may or may not have your appointment kept, and not by your choice. The examiners lunch is way more important than the people that actually need the service, whom often give up their lunch to TRY and conduct business there. The staff- well, of all the examiners offices I’ve been to around the state, Casper’s have the most jaded, cynical I’ve ever seen. They obviously have been doing it so long they can’t help being short, I’ll tempered, and every word that comes out of their mouth is dripping with disdain for the people whom require their services.
