Muskogee DMV Office: 1806 N. York St.

Worse place ever!!! Waited in line since 4:45 am and they open the doors at 8 I was the last 5th person for my drivers license test but since they are short staff they only took the first 4!!! This is crazy a good heads up it would be nice

Very unprofessional. I got to dmv at 4:40am just to be told they’re only taking first four due to short staffed.. lost sleep time just for they’re lack of work. Not even a notice on door for heads up. And I’m aware for the first 5. But shouldn’t change to first 4.

Employees are rude and do not care to get people in and out. They have helped less than 10 people in 5 hours. They won’t answer the phone. This place need to be shut down or new employees.

I read all the bad reviews before taking my son to get his permit yesterday. He failed his first attempt so we had to go back this morning. Both times we were there the customer service given was fantastic. All the workers were very friendly and kind even when a gentleman got frustrated with his own lack of planning and got sassy. Very impressed with this DMV. I hope to never return to one but if I do I’ll make the drive to Muskogee again.
