Stow Ohio BMV Reviews and Tips
I got there right when they opened and was able to walk right up, get my picture taken, take my test and leave. Asked for minimal paper work and were very easy to deal with. Not many people showed up in that time frame so first thing in the morning is best. Conveniently located in a shopping plaza.
