They have decent customer service. This could be improved, in my opinion. The DMV experience is usually annoying, or in some cases, downright stressful. At least having excellent customer service can help alleviate any negative energy.

They are very professional and efficient; they are also down- to -earth and show everyone respect. I have never been to a BMV like this one; it's a pleasure, not a chore, coming here. I appreciate being treated like a human and not a number. I give them 5 stars.

Was there on a Saturday after they had been closed due to horrible weather. Place was jammed packed. I didn't reserve a time slot before going. I was amazed I only had to wait at the most ten minutes. I had checked on line to make sure I had all the stuff I needed. Staff was very fast and got us in an out and helpful. Only complaint I had was trying to find out if they were open after our horrible snow fall we had. Never was able to reach them at the Tallmadge site but finally got someone from another site able to at least say they couldn't reach them either. But was able to get much needed information on how much time I had to renew both my plates and my DL as they had both expired on the day the storm hit. I had also totaled my car the day before and in order to get a loaner I needed an up to date DL. Even with all this I was still pleased at the "In Person" service and help I got at the Tallmadge branch.
