North Canton BMV License Agency (Stark County DR)

McCabe needs another job asap! While visiting today to get my child his temps, I witnessed this man being absolutely disrespectful to customers that clearly had a language barrier. Screaming at a man sitting down to turn his phone down, that did not speak English & could not understand him. Telling the other customer that his only role is to translate in which he wasn’t doing well, and telling the other customer who again spoke no English that she wasn’t understanding - obviously, cause she doesn’t speak English ! The man who did speak semi English, didn’t understand how much of an ass this man was being to him. Treating these people the way that he did is absolutely disgusting. If you can’t have patience with people, that English isnt their fluent language maybe you should not work with the public. The amount of reviews I’ve seen regarding him, management should be embarrassed they have an employee like this working. They are just as bad for allowing this man to have a job.

I’m not sure what a difference a week makes. My daughter had her driving test, the guy failed her with 40 points, a week later with a different guy and he said she did great with only 5 point knocked off. Doesn’t make sense to me at all.

I had the terrible experince with the guy who was the oldest staff .he was impolite and disrespectful to me.i guess if some one like him does not know how to treat people,so he must stay at home!!if i were the manager of that place,i would fire him because of his terrible manner. Beside,i pass the manuver with no mistake,and he failed me unfair because of the stupidest thing.so do not go there for driving test .he did not introduce himself and i do not know his name.however i think he was the oldest guy who works there.

I took my driving test there.the man who was the oldest staff was impolite and treat in disrespectful way.if i were the manager ,i would fire him.he does not deserve this job.every one should be respectfull in public places .i do not know how he can be so un profesional and keep doing disgusting behavior.

I took my driving test at canton (whitestreet)last Friday.the officer was so unfriendly and treat terrible way .he did not even introduce himself to me,so i do not know his name .but he is the eldest staff there.that was the worst experience to me and i was so shocked why some one who is working in a public place like DVM can not be nice and polite.he should not have had this job ,i guess.i do not have any time to complain about his terrible behaivior(i asked him to spaek slowly and he refused and told me he can not !!!!).anyway if i were manager,i would fire him!
