Terrible place to get license. The Ass Manger is rude not helpful go any other place but not there

I was there this afternoon. I got in line before I left the house and was late because I could not find my info. Just me not thinking to look at my phone. When I got there I clicked here and within 3 minutes I was called up by Liz and she was the nicest person to me. I don't know why you get a poor rating. Every time I am there I am treated nicely. Liz was great.

I WAS THERE TODAY. I got in line before I left the house. I was late because I lost my info, not checking on my cell phone. When I got there I texted here and within 3 minutes I was called up by Liz who was the nicest person. She helped me with everything and was very patient with me. I see you have a bad rating and don't know why. Every time I am there I am always treated with respect and kindness. Today Liz was great
