Cincinnati DMV Office: 138 E. Court St.

This location is notoriously busy. I'm not sure if this day was specifically busy because of covid or not. I would have to guess that there were around 25 people waiting. I waited outside due to covid regulations and only allowing a few people in at a time. There is parking but due to the location being downtown and can be difficult to find parking. A lot of the people that use this location already work downtown, so this location usually is packed and you can expect to wait at least 30 minutes.

The staff in my own opinion are knowledgeable but always seem to be 'bothered' or have attitudes. I'm not sure if it's because of the heavy customer load but again, it is widely known that the customer service aspect of this location isn't the greatest. If you have other options as far another location to visit, I would highly suggest going there. Lastly, if you visit after a weekend or holiday, it is extremely busy.. so beware!
