You can’t get hold of this lovation
HORRIBLE service. No one can walk in for an appointment. They suggest you go online. Elders who don't have wifi or cell phones are helpless. It is the worst system I have ever experienced. I have lived in other states....this is a joke. .
Why is it IMPOSSIBLE to schedule an appointment for driver's license renewal?
I went to DMV this morning Oct. 8. arrived at 9am. was told that their internet was down and would have to sign in with my smart phone and Q code. Tell me how do you do that when a person does not have any kind of a cell phone. then you are told to take a seat and they do not take your name or give you a number. This was very upsetting to me. I am a 89 year old lady . I really needed to get my new vehicle registered an I keep running inti brick walls.
Most pathetic DMV. Couldn’t process my request and rebooked me to another day. I turn up for the follow up and find out they never even booked the appointment!!! Full of Lazy people who got a job here cause they couldn’t find one anywhere else….go to Henderson or flamingo if you can, more educated staff who actually know their stuff
