    In reviewing the required material for a New Mexico ID- I had a Birth certificate, a social security card with the name Galloway on the card, an expired Passport, a certified land Patent validating my New Mexico Address, Change of address for the post office 4 pieces of mail verifying a New Mexico address. Mr. Lazero demanded that I have a ID card in my birth certificate name Ann M*** *******. On my birth certificate my name is not in capital letters yet the ID is in all Capital letters. I require my ID to be corrected to Ann M*** ******* ******** in all upper and lower case. I have an affidavit require correction. I am not a dead person and I am not a corporation. I am not an employee of the corporation. I am not a citizen of the US INC. The experience at the MVD is a violation of human rights and acts of terror I am following said Executive Order in a continued effort to expose these
    continued assaults through Malfeasance of Office, and Prosecutorial Misconduct/s resulting in multiple Emolument/s Violations.
    As Fiduciary to effectively make her Report per Executive Order 13781 and 13825;
    Please correct the ID accordingly. Further I did not order a license this is in error License#************The National Motor Vehicle is being sent an AFFIDAVIT OF REPUDIATIONS AND ALLEGIANCE AS A STATE NATIONAL. This complaint is being reported to numerous offices for investigation.
