visited this dmv. there are 6 people waiting to be helped. I don't have a appointment and so I'm not allowed service.
I'm 79 and need a eye test for new license. So I call 11 times and no will answer the phone. There is no one to help just a computer.

NONE OF THE NEW MEXICO DMV LOCATIONS DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR! I AM A DEALER, THIS IS THE WORSE STATE TO ATTEMPT TO GET A VEHICLE REGISTERED! NO ONE I MEAN NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE TELEPHONE, OR EMAILS! I SOLD A 500K VEHICLE AND CANNOT GET IT REGISTERED! NM DMV IS WANTING THE TITLE FROM THE LIEN HOLDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OF A VEHICLE THAT IS NOT REGISTERED SO THE LIEN HOLDER WILL GET THE TITLE! I AM AT A LOSE!
