I have spent two days at this DMV with no help. They do not tell you everything you need. Moving from another state to NC has been really frustrating. You cannot make appt online and they are not helpful...

Alana & Stacy went above and beyond to help my husband and I on 8/11/25 about 3pm
Stacy& Alana called for verification of info from Home Depot & an another Home Depot customer.
Their problem solving and critical thinking skills were amazing.
They gave it their all.
DMV offices usually give off a sense-of-desperation but not this office.
Why not keep your BEST Agents rewarded.?
Otherwise the offices don’t have successful models like Stacy & Alana.
