Staff was extremely helpful, felt bad I didn't have everything I needed but I didn't have to wait long at all. The employee was actually very nice. Best experience I've ever had at a DMV. Covid procedures seemed to standard mask and distance.

Very poor in getting contact with the office by phone - multiple attempts during regular office hours. Received message recording "wireless party is unavailable and please try again". Still unable to reach office staff.

I tried multiple times in reaching office staff this morning but phone line was always busy. Now in the afternoon, the line rings and goes unanswered - multiple attempts with recording that the "wireless phone customer is unavailable and to try again later". It seems that they don't want to be bothered with phone calls - very poor service - needs to be rated negative 10 on the scale.
