I had to get my out of state license changed to NC. I was met by a very nice and pleasant young lady. My wait time was less than 1/2 hour. The lady that did my paperwork was pleasant and professional. Beings I just walked in without an appointment. Pleasant experience. Thank you.

I cannot say enough nice things about this office. I have been renewing tags at this office for years now and have always had exceptional service. The staff is extremely friendly, patient and courteous. The wait time is relatively short - the clients seem to come in waves, but they are extremely efficient in processing their needs. One individual handles only tag renewals, so you do not have to wait for the more complicated needs to be completed before you are served. I just had a major issue trying to get a title transfer on a vehicle involved in an estate settlement. Teresa and Ashley were absolutely wonderful to work with. They had to reach out to Raleigh for some issues, but stayed on top of the situation until a resolution was obtained. These folks have always been most helpful as we have moved in & out of Cleveland County over the years. Great place to do business.

I have used this office for many years. The staff have always been very friendly as well as professional. They are very organized having one person dedicated to processing tag renewal while the other employees handle the title and other issues. Found them all great to work with regardless of issue. I would highly recommend this office. It may look busy when you first walk in, but I’m always amazed how quickly the line moves.
